The day is here to finally share my new Moda Bake Shop project. Please go and check out my new tutorial on Moda Bake Shop. It's the Etchings Quilt. The fabric, Etchings by 3 Sisters, is just SO lovely! Please go over and leave a comment - or leave a comment here. I'd love to hear what you think!
I am away on a ship right now, talk about timing. Anyone like me that just adores receiving comments - and here I am, away at sea and not able to check if anyone commented! ;-)
If you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
WOW ... a wonderful quilt design for jelly rolls ... can't wait to start this one ! Beautiful!!

Lovelove LOVE the spirals. They look so great. congrats on the bakeshop tutorial.
ReplyI think it is gorgeous. That's what I think!
ReplyNeat! This is so versatile, I can easily see it being very controlled (it'd be great in red and white) or completely scrappy. Thanks for getting the wheels turning (heck, they're whizzing!); as usual I've got three too many projects on my plate, but you'll see my version at some point!
ReplyYay,so pretty. Can't wait to make it!
ReplySaw this at Moda! LOVE IT!!!
ReplyWhat a beautiful quilt design.

love how you took a simple design a step further Andrea. beautiful quilt.
ReplyAll that ripping was worth it. Love the way it came together,
ReplyLove it! I'm tempted to try this one with tonal solids. (Once I've finished the piles of Christmas sewing I decided I would do this year like a crazy person...)
ReplyEnjoy the sea!
Beautiful quilt. Thanks for sharing the pattern.
ReplyYour quilts are gorgeous. I envy those who can make wonders with fabric and a sewing machine...I tried making a passport holder and all I ended up with was neatly cut fabric and load of tangle bobbin thread...sigh.
ReplyI hope you had fun on your cruise!

Thumbs up! Thanks for the tutorial on MBS. Enjoy your cruise.
ReplyLove it! And your little guy looks so cozy wrapped up in it!
ReplyI do have a question...did you use up all of both jelly rolls, or did you have some leftover?
Thanks for sharing this fun design!

What an awesome pattern!
ReplyThe pattern compliments the fabric line perfectly
ReplyI love this pattern! I can see it in brights and black, in civil war pinks and browns, in scrappy red/white/blue, and so many other variations. Thank you!
ReplyThis is EXACTLY what I've been looking for... I have a couple of patterns that are similar to this but not THIS! Thank you!
ReplyJust saw your pattern last week (January, 2013) and was so happy to be able to find some Etchings fabric online. Cannot wait to make your quilt - I love the design and the fabric - they were made for each other and I thank you for your creativity!
